Used to hang light fixtures between joists or structural members (not designed for ceiling fans). Expands from 14-1/4" to 22-1/2". Can be used on 16" or 24" centers. Furnished with 3/8" -18 NPS fixture stud. 1-3/16" end plate depth. Box mounts to bar through center 1/2" box knockout and is adjustable alongs the entire length of the bar. Has knocking tabs for secure installation. Box must be ordered separately. UL listed.

Switch box extension allows a way to work with a box set too deeply in the wall. The extension slips inside any 3" x 2" switch box and fastens to the device ears with extra long screws supplied with the box. Will extend the switch box from 1/4" to a maximum of 5/8". Can also be used in a single device cover on a 4" square box and, by bending the open sides, 2 rings can be used in a 2-device cover on a 4" square box. UL listed.
